ET4Digital

Setting up the innovative demonstrator for the digital ecosystem

The ET4Digital published its next project result, a report about setting up the innovative demonstrator for the digital ecosystem with the Digital Twin (DT) model. The report provides a description of the digital demonstrator created for educational purposes within the project. The demonstrator integrates BIM-based modelling and Digital Twin resources to recreate a realistic and interactive training environment. Its purpose is to enable trainers to explore digital construction processes, understand the potential of the technologies involved, and facilitating the knowledge transfer to SMEs. The report outlines the demonstrator’s objectives, conceptual structure, technological components, implementation process, and expected contribution to the overall model.

The development of the demonstrator builds on the analytical work carried out in the first phase of the ET4Digital project, which focused on creating a framework of digital technologies applicable to the construction sector and mapping the digital skills of trainers. The functionalities integrated into the demonstrator directly respond to the needs identified beforehand.

JOB ORIENTATION - better fit

Publication of the report about useful Onboarding Tools

The JOB project has reached its next milestone by publishing its report about useful onboarding tools! The report summarizes the findings of the joint, transnational effort of all project partners to analyse similarities and differences in the participating countries and to exchange good practice approaches that can contribute to a successful onboarding process.

The report emphasizes the relevance of a structured onboarding process starting right after the signing of the contract to establish a solid relationship with the new employee, binding them to the company and preparing them internally for their entry into the company. Finally, it provides an overview of various low-threshold tools that companies can use on the first day of work, during the first few weeks and throughout the first few months to facilitate the integration of new employees into the company, as well as information on support measures from which companies can benefit.
